1. Refund Eligibility

  • Product or service has not been used extensively
  • Technical issues that cannot be resolved
2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  2. Provide your order number and reason for refund
  3. Allow up to 5 business days for processing
3. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited back to your original payment method.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Custom development work after project completion
  • Digital products that have been downloaded and used for more than 7 days
  • Services that have been fully delivered
5. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be offered for services that have been partially completed or products that have been partially used.
